Happy Birthday Giveaway!

That’s right, we are celebrating our 2nd Birthday (having missed the first one last year, d’oh!)

Source: Partysuppliesdiscountmegastore.com

It’s been a great year. When I started this Blog I never ever thought I would get anymore readers than my husband and my family. This was my fourth or fifth attempt and I never managed to keep a Blog going or interesting so I feared the same for this when I intended it as my pre-wedding blog back in 2009. Then along came baby Lime and both me and this Blog finally had a purpose.

I didn’t know about the amazing world of MummyBlogging and Giveaways and what have you not but quickly got sucked in and enjoy every minute of it. There are so many fabulous Blogs out there: mums, dads, Fashion, Food…and I’ve learned so much from them – well, you – it’s incredible. I’m still finding my feet  (and the time 😉 ) but am looking forward to many more years of happy blogging. 😀

I’d like to take this opportunity to send a gigantic {THANK YOU} to all you lovely people who clicked the [Follow] button, who commented and who shared with us. It is an overused phrase, but without you, this show wouldn’t run. Thank you so so much, we love you all lots. 😀

Now, to celebrate A Lime Less Ordinary’s Birthday we want to share the love by having a Giveaway. Our first, EEEEEK! >< (Please be gentle).

~*~

With Winter and Christmas getting closer and because of you, the fabulous readers (who in some magical, universal way have become like friends 🙂 ), we thought this short story would make a wonderful Christmas present.

It is a beautiful story about making friends. ^_^

In addition, we thought that especially on Christmas little arms or legs need to be kept warm and what better to do that with than Babylegs? We love these cozy legs in Christmas Winter colours. And they’re organic too! 🙂

Now, what do you need to do to win these gorgeous items?

  • Comment below and tell us your favourite Christmas tradition. Do you make the same food every year, have the same decoration or candles? Do you have a favourite Christmas song? Anything goes because we love Christmas. A lot!
  • For a cozy extra entry you can follow us on Twitter (@Nevrandil – or just follow the button at the top left hand side) and tweet the following: ‚I am celebrating A Lime Less Ordinary’s 2nd Birthday by entering a friendly Giveaway @Nevrandil http://bit.ly/sadyLa‚. Please leave a comment if you did so.

That’s all. 🙂 I am hoping for many of your Christmas stories and wish you all the best of luck.

This Giveaway closes on the 11.11.11 and we’re happy to ship to wherever you are in the world. 🙂

Any questions? Feel free to ask: send a mail to Nevrandil{at}gmail dot com or tweet @Nevrandil. 🙂

We have a lovely mulled wine, and mulled Apple juice party every year to get friends together and sing a few carols. I love Christmas and especially looking forward to this year with our new baby! 🙂

Every year we make „Granny T Sugar Cookies“ – a recipe of my great grandmother's. We also have a line-up of about 6-7 other cookie recipes, which always change. My kids love helping every step of the way and my husband loves being the taste-tester!

In our family, we always put the tree up on Thanksgiving (or the day after). We all have special ornaments that we've made/gotten throughout the years, and my mom hands them out to us as we put them on.

I think this is a lovely giveaway and I actually thought I had entered. Maybe I had written my comment and it hadn't published. I'll try again, lol.

We always give the kids a present on christmas eve of new PJ's and now they are getting older some nice smellies etc so they can pamper themselves. We also sprinkle reindeer food out in the garden to attract Santas reindeers…it works every time 😉

Thank you for entering, this is so weird.
I am using IntenseDebate for my comments and someone must've used their phone maybe and that killed ID off so now I can see all the comments using the Blogger form but not the ID ones anymore. Oh dear. :S

    No panic, I'll sort i. 😀
